Tehran - Saba:
The Secretary General of the Islamic Jihad Movement in Palestine, Ziyad al-Nakhaleh, met on Wednesday with the Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council, Ali Akbar Ahmadian, at the head of a leading delegation from the movement.

The Jihad movement said in a statement that the meeting addressed the situation in Gaza and the latest developments in light of the American and Zionist plans aimed at liquidating the Palestinian cause and displacing the Palestinians from their homeland.

The movement pointed out in its statement that the meeting emphasized the importance of the great achievement achieved by the resistance forces in Gaza in the crimes' face of the occupation , its barbaric aggression, and ways to support the Palestinians' steadfastness.
