The teams of Al-Mina, Ahli Sana'a and Shamsan managed to win at the conclusion of the third stage of the first division of the men's basketball league organized by the Yemeni General Federation for the game at the sports hall in Aden during the period January 26-31.
Al-Mina won a valuable victory over the defending champions Sana'a Unity with a score of 65/58 in a strong competitive match between the two teams, where Al-Wahda players were able to impose their advantage in the first period and won it 13/10, before Al-Mina players turned the table in the second period and controlled the game to win it by a large margin with a score of 24/9.
As a result of this victory, Shamsan moved up to fourth place with 12 points, while Al-Barq fell to the seventh and penultimate position with 11 points.
The fourth and final stage of the Men's Basketball First Division League is scheduled to take place from February 9-16 in Seiyun.
