Ibb - Saba:
The Security Department of Ibb province on Monday held a speech event to mark the anniversary of Sayyed Hussein bin Badr al-Din al-Houthi, the martyr of the Qur’an, under the slogan "Martyr of the Qur’an."
Deputy Governor of Ibb Abdulfattah Ghallab addressed the crowd, emphasizing the profound impact of the Qur'anic project initiated by the martyr leader.
He explained that this project played a pivotal role in guiding the nation out of submission and humiliation, while also challenging false cultural narratives.
Ghallab underscored the importance of the Qur'anic march in consolidating the values of faith, truth, and justice, which have been integral to the Yemeni people's resilience against the Zionist-American coalition.
The event, attended by the Director of Security in Ibb, Brigadier General Hadi al-Kahlani, and other security officials, featured a speech by Ahmed Al-Muhajir, the head of the Guidance Sector in Ibb. Al-Muhajir reflected on the intellectual and scientific legacy left by the martyr leader, noting that his project was marked by a profound understanding of life and a vision for reform at a time when the Arab and Islamic world lacked a transformative civilizational initiative.
Lieutenant Colonel Amin Hazam al-Afari, Director of Supply in the Security Department, highlighted the faith-based education and moral values that shaped the martyr leader’s character from a young age. He emphasized that the leader’s movement was rooted in confronting global arrogance, particularly the actions of Zionist, American, British, and Israeli forces, and aimed at awakening the nation to its responsibilities.
The event concluded with a reaffirmation of the enduring influence of the martyr leader’s teachings, which continue to inspire resistance against oppression and tyranny.
