Minister of Culture and Tourism Dr. Ali al-Yafei inspected on Wednesday the progress of work on the maintenance and restoration project of the ministry building in al-Hasaba.
The minister was accompanied by the head of the Media and Cultural Affairs Department at Office of the President of the Republic Zaid al-Gharsi, Undersecretary of the Ministry Fahd Nizar, and the Director of the Heritage and Cultural Development Fund Ibrahim al-Moshki, on the ongoing work on the project.
The Minister of Culture pointed out the importance of the project in strengthening the infrastructure for cultural and tourism work, and improving job performance and services provided to citizens, urging the importance of implementing commitment to the specifications and specified timetables.
