Norwegian Foreign Minister Aspen Barth Eide said on Saturday that his country supports the establishment of a full Palestinian state that includes the West Bank and the Gaza Strip.
During the opening of the Doha Forum 2024, Barth Eide shouted during a dialogue session on conflict resolution, noting that ensuring that Israel lives in peace with its neighbors will only be achieved by establishing a Palestinian state.
From the Norwegian minister's point of view, reaching a major peace agreement in the Middle East is possible, but it must be done in coordination with Palestine to resolve the radical conflict associated with all these conflicts, which is the absence of a solution to the Palestinian issue.
