The Public Prosecution in Sa'ada province destroyed on Wednesday six thousand and 937 bricks of hashish (resin), a narcotic substance, seized in 149 operations in which a number of defendants are awaiting trial and investigation, according to the head of the Appeals Prosecution in Sa'ada province.
Judge Ibrahim Abdullah Jahz, head of the Appeals Prosecution in Sa'ada province, explained that the destroyed quantity was seized by the security services in the province during the period from June to November of this year, on its way to Saudi territory, coming from the occupied provinces.
Judge Jahz emphasized that the Public Prosecution will spare no effort to complete investigations and refer the rest of the drug cases to trial so that the perpetrators receive their just punishment, praising the efforts of the security services in the province in seizing these crimes and protecting society from their dangers.
