A meeting of the Customs Authority Council, chaired by the head of the Authority, Eng. Adel Margham discussed topics related to job issues and the organization of the workforce.
In the meeting, the Chairman of the Authority indicated that the meeting of the Authority Council is held to discuss many important topics, in line with the directions of the Government of Change and Construction.
He stressed the commitment of Customs to implement the directives of the Government of Change and Construction, related to reforming and developing the functional system and addressing functional imbalances, such as double employment, retirement, collaborators, the deceased, and hired.
Eng. Margham stressed the need to set clear and practical criteria applicable to address the problems of the functional force in line with the general guidelines of the government.
The meeting discussed 12 axes related to human resources, as this aspect is one of the most important pillars that contribute to the process of enhancing the performance of the institution, development, and construction in the next stage.
At the end of the meeting, the attendees agreed to write down the proposals of the members of the Authority's Council, in preparation for discussing them in the next meeting, to come up with solutions in line with the government's directions aimed at improving institutional work and enhancing performance.
