MOSCOW - (Saba): The Russian Defense Ministry on Tuesday declared the liberation of the border village of Sanagost from Kiev forces in the Kursk region.
RT quoted the ministry as saying: during aerial reconnaissance operations, enemy gatherings and defenses were detected in the forests of the region, where Russian paratroopers surprised the enemy with a raid from several directions reinforced by armored vehicles and covered by marches and liberated the village.
The ministry added that Russian "Northern" forces liberated ten towns and villages in the Kursk province in the past 48 hours.
Since their attack on Kursk on August 6, Kiev forces have lost more than 13,000 dead, and hundreds of tanks, armored vehicles and other weapons.
