SANA'A - SABA: Minister of Defense Maj. Gen. Mohammed al-Atifi and Chief of the Gen. Staff Maj. Gen. Mohammed al-Ghamari on Saturday sent a congratulatory telegram to Leader of the Revolution Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi.
