SANA'A August 31. 2024 (Saba) - Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants Jamal Amer met on Saturday with the head of the French MSF mission in Sana'a Marie-Elisabeth Ingres.

During the meeting, they reviewed what the French MSF mission has provided and will provide during the current period, especially with the damage caused by the torrential rains that affected more than one governorate, leaving human and material losses and causing displacement.

In the meeting, Minister Amer stressed the interest of the Government of Change and Construction in strengthening relations with all international organizations and facilitating their work, leading to directing aid to what can help and support the most affected and needy communities.

He stressed the need for MSF to play its role in providing urgent assistance to those affected by the floods in a number of Yemeni governorates.

For her part, the head of the MSF mission reviewed the activities carried out by the mission in Yemen, praising the cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants with the organization.
