SANA'A, August 26. 2024 (Saba) - President of the Supreme Political Council, Mahdi al-Mashat on Monday conveyed his heartfelt condolences following the passing of Sheikh Ahmed Mohammed Yahya Mohammed Maqit.

It is worth to mention that Sheikh Maqit a dedicated his life in serving public and the nation and died age the age of 75 years.

In a condolence message to Sheikh Maqit's family, including Shura Council member Sheikh Abbas Maqit, President al-Mashat praised Sheikh Maqit's significant contributions to society and his tireless efforts in fostering community reconciliation.

President al-Mashat expressed deep sympathy to Maqit's family, praying for Allah's mercy and forgiveness for Sheikh Maqit. He also asked that Sheikh Maqit be granted a place in paradise and that his family find comfort and patience during this difficult time.
