NEW YORK August 24. 2024 (Saba) -At least 84% of Gaza Strip has now become within the evacuation area, the United Nations said on Saturday, noting that 90% of the Palestinian 2.1 million people was displaced during the recent war on Gaza.
According to the 'Associated Press', the Israeli authorities issued 13 evacuation orders since 22 July, leading to a huge decline in the humanitarian area declared by these authorities at the beginning of the war.
In August alone, evacuation orders were issued almost every two days, leaving nearly 250,000 people displaced, the UN said.
