SANA'A August 13. 2024 (Saba) – Al-Razi University and the University Student Forum in the capital Sana'a on Wednesday organized a significant student march to express solidarity with the Palestinian people.

Under the slogan “A Battle of Jihad and One Axis with Gaza Until Victory,” the march condemned the ongoing atrocities committed by the Zionist forces against Gaza.

The march, which began at the university's main building and traversed key streets including Rabat Street, al-Sunaina Bridge, 60th Street, and 20 Street, saw participants—comprising students, academics, and university staff—raising slogans and chanting against the genocide perpetrated by the Zionist regime.

Participants criticized the international community's inaction and the perceived failure of Arab nations to support Gaza.

The event also included a statement applauding the appointment of Yahya Sinwar as the new leader of the Palestinian resistance of Hamas following the martyrdom of Ismail Haniyeh.

The statement affirmed the resilience and faith of the Palestinian resistance in overcoming adversities and achieving victory.

The participants denounced the inaction of Arab and Islamic countries, accusing them of failing the Palestinian cause and instead supporting the Zionist agenda.

They praised the Yemeni armed forces for their ongoing efforts in the battle for justice and emphasized their unwavering support for the Palestinian resistance.

The statement condemned the complicity of Arab and Islamic regimes, which, according to the participants, have shielded and defended the Zionist enemy while betraying the Palestinian people.
