IBB August 13. 2024 (Saba) -A team from the Central Emergency Development Interventions Unit in Ibb Governorate, during its visit to the Ibb Rural Directorate, began evaluating the level of performance and achievement in community initiatives in the directorate, which are implemented with the contribution of the unit.
During the visits, the head of engineering supervision and evaluation in the governorate's interventions unit, Engineer Issa Al-Qadri, explained that the cumulative achievement rate of the projects currently being worked on in the directorate reached 34 percent.
He pointed out that the number of initiatives supported by the Central Emergency Development Interventions Unit in rural Ibb is 31 community initiatives in the field of roads, with a cost of 544 million and 746 thousand riyals, to which the unit contributed 127 million and 521 thousand riyals.
Al-Qadri stressed that the tasks and responsibilities of the unit’s engineering team include presenting technical observations to the community committees working in the field and conveying them to them, in a way that helps them implement them during the implementation of projects, in addition to identifying the reasons for the failure of some initiatives in the governorate and proposing solutions to address and overcome them.
