SANA'A August 13. 2024 (Saba) — The Yemeni Scholars Association expressed on Tuesday its deep sorrow over the passing of scholar Zaid Ali Yahya al-Nuaimi.
Al-Nuaimi died in a traffic accident at the age of 46.
Al-Nuaimi, known for his extensive contributions to Islamic education and scholarship, dedicated his life to studying and teaching the sciences of Ahl al-Bayt.
In their obituary, the association highlighted Al-Nuaimi's remarkable educational achievements and his commitment to imparting beneficial Islamic teachings aligned with the Qur'an and authentic faith.
The statement also praised his exemplary character, including his ever-present smile, passion for knowledge, and efforts to combat ignorance and false beliefs.
Al-Nuaimi was recognized for his active participation in scholarly conferences and his outspoken stance against the Saudi-American aggression on Yemen.
The association offered prayers for his soul and expressed hope that his legacy will inspire and benefit Yemen and the broader community.
