HODEIDA August 13. 2024 (Saba) - The General Authority for Zakat office in Hodeida province has provided financial assistance to families affected by recent floods in al-Zahra and al-Luhayyah districts.

Director of the Zakat office Mohammed Ahmed Hazaa handed over three million Y.R to the families of three individuals who lost their lives due to the floods.

This support is part of the emergency response project initiated by the Zakat office to aid those impacted by natural disasters.

During the visit, Hazaa conveyed the condolences of the Zakat Authority and the local government to the bereaved families, reaffirming their commitment to supporting those in need.

Directors of al-Zahra and al-Luhayyah Abdulrahman al-Mansab and Majed Amish commended the Zakat Authority's humanitarian efforts in providing crucial relief to the affected families.
