GAZA August 13. 2024 (Saba) -The warplanes of the Zionist enemy bombed with at least two missiles the Al-Tabaeen School, which houses displaced people in the Al-Daraj neighborhood in the center of Gaza City, which led to committing a horrific massacre against the displaced people while they were performing the dawn prayer collectively, during which more than 100 martyrs and dozens of injuries were killed.
The correspondent of the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) in Gaza said Saturday: The warplanes of the Zionist enemy surprised the displaced people while they were performing the dawn prayer collectively in this school, and resulted in the death of more than 100 Palestinian martyrs according to official statistics from the Civil Defense in Gaza, and dozens of injuries who fell and were transferred to the Baptist Hospital in Gaza City.
He pointed out that this small hospital cannot handle this large number of martyrs and wounded, and therefore a large number of the wounded are martyred due to the weak health capabilities and the lack of sufficient medicines.
He stressed that the situation is difficult and horrific and that there is a very, very great shock in the Palestinian community from this horrific massacre committed by the Zionist enemy army.
He stressed that the enemy's focus in recent days has been on massacres and bombing displacement sites.
In this context, the spokesman for the Civil Defense in Gaza, Mahmoud Basal, said in a special statement to the (Saba) Agency: This massacre is added to the massacres of the Zionist enemy, in the Al-Tabaeen Sharia School, which was targeted with three missiles by Zionist warplanes and a reconnaissance missile from a drone.
He added: Unfortunately, this place houses thousands of displaced people, they were bombed while performing the dawn prayer in congregation in the school mosque, and unfortunately during the Takbeer Al-Ihram, the mosque was directly targeted.
He stressed that this targeting led to the martyrdom of more than 90-100 people, and the wounded who arrived at the Baptist Hospital, unfortunately, are in very critical condition.
He stressed that the medical teams were unable to recover and collect the bodies because the number of martyrs is very large and the reality here is extremely tragic.
The Civil Defense spokesman said: This crime amounts to a war crime that occurred in the Gaza Strip and in this place crowded with large numbers of innocent displaced citizens whose homes were destroyed by the Zionist enemy forces and forced to move to this place.
