BRUSSELS August 11. 2024 (Saba) - Ireland on Sunday called on the European Union to review its existing partnership agreement with the Zionist enemy due to the repeated human rights violations in Gaza and the rest of the occupied Palestinian territories.
“More than 80% of Gaza is under evacuation orders,” Irish Prime Minister Simon Harris said in a statement on Sunday.
“The number of aid deliveries to Gaza has halved (to less than 80 trucks a day) in June and July.
“Palestinians are seeking shelter in schools under attack. We are all horrified by the many undoubted war crimes committed in Gaza. There can be no impunity.
Those responsible must be held to account.” The Irish Prime Minister described the world as “on the brink of a terrible moment, yet not all the tools are being used to end the violence,” calling for an urgent review of the EU-Israel Association Agreement.
