GAZA August 04. 2024 (Saba) - Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas, announced that it had bombed the settlements of "Gan Yavneh" and "Ashdod" in northern occupied Palestine, as an initial response after ten months of massacres committed by the Zionist enemy against the sons of the Palestinians and the resistance leaders .
Qassam Brigades said in a statement today, Sunday, "We launched a barrage of rockets towards "Gan Yavne" and "Ashdod" as an initial response to the massacres committed against our people and the leaders of the resistance."
The Zionist Channel 13 reported that at least five rockets fell in the latest shell from Gaza Strip on the outskirts of the city of Ashdod, which is about 60 km from Gaza Strip.
The Zionist media monitored the rising columns of smoke after rockets fell in the Gan Yavne area near Ashdod.
The Zionist army radio reported that the rockets that fell in the Ashdod area were launched from the southern Gaza Strip.
Eyewitnesses reported that the rockets were launched from an area witnessing an incursion by enemy forces.
Yesterday, rocket barrages were launched from areas where the Zionist enemy forces had infiltrated in Rafah towards the settlements Gaza envelope.
