SANA'A July 29. 2024 (Saba) - A meeting at the Capital Secretariat Traffic Department ,headed by the Director General of Traffic Police, Brigadier Dr. Bakil Al-Barashi, discussed the mechanism for improving traffic performance in the traffic areas of the capital.
The meeting, which was attended by the Deputy Director General of Traffic, Colonel Abdullah Al-Aqar, and the Director of Traffic of the capital, Colonel Najib Al-Asadi, discussed ways to enhance traffic discipline, strengths and avoid shortcomings in a way that contributes to traffic compliance on the streets and roads of the capital.
In the meeting, the Director General of Traffic Police praised the efforts of the leadership and members of the Secretariat Traffic Police, urging them to exert more efforts to enhance traffic performance and discipline.
He stressed the need to develop a chronic executive matrix that includes solutions and treatments for traffic problems, in addition to the possibility of establishing new traffic areas , departments in the regions and neighborhoods.
Dr. Al-Barashi stressed the need to enhance traffic performance and discipline in the capital, Sana'a, which is considered the country's face.
In turn, the Director of Traffic of the Secretariat, Al-Asadi, appreciated the leadership's keenness of Interior Ministry and the Traffic Police to improve field traffic work.
