SANA'A July 08. 2024 (Saba) - After the American-Saudi military aggression failed to achieve its goals , objectives, and after suffering one defeat after another on the battlefields of military confrontation, it recently resorted to a different kind of war that focused on the economic aspect, a war that is no less dangerous, if not more severe, than the military confrontation.
The economy has a powerful force in destroying countries , systems, and there is much evidence of this. Perhaps the most prominent of these is the destruction of the socialist system and the Warsaw Pact. For decades, America and NATO faced off militarily with the socialist system and the Warsaw Pact through a more ferocious Cold War, and neither of them resolved that confrontation in their favor until America and its allies changed the issue of these confrontations from the military side to the economic side. Only a few years passed until the socialist system disintegrated and the Warsaw Pact collapsed. This is a prominent example and still vivid evidence of the destruction that economic war causes to countries.
In his last speech on the occasion of the new Hijri year, the revolution leader , Sayyed Abdul-Malik al-Houthi, focused on the economic battle, which Saudi Arabia began at the urging of America through many hostile measures, most notably the transfer of banks and the subsequent bad effects on the living conditions of the Yemeni people, the national currency, and the price level in the country. .
Sayyed Leader stated that he had given advice and warnings through all mediators to withdraw from these foolish steps, but the Saudi was still procrastinating, calling on him to realize that it is not possible to remain silent about his reckless , stupid steps and to stop on his wrong path.
Sayyed Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi addressed the Saudi regime, saying: “We will tell the banks in Riyadh to move and go. Do you accept this and consider it a logical thing? So why do you want to impose it on our country?”
In fact, the Republic of Yemen will not stand idly by in the face of these crazy steps that cause grave harm to citizens , their livelihoods, and destroy economic conditions. It will take the necessary measures for reciprocity, airport with airport, bank with bank, and port with port. These are fair measures to confront the hostile acts initiated by Saudi Arabia. You will receive a stronger response to that.
In Yemen, the time of receiving strikes has ended, especially after the armed forces possessed a powerful force capable of responding to any place in the countries of aggression, and the language of force will make them submit and think more than once about the aggression against the Yemeni people.
