TAIZ June 24. 2024 (Saba) - Acting Governor of Taiz, Ahmed Al-Misawa, today,Monday, reviewed the progress of vehicular traffic at the eastern part of Taiz - Al-Hawban, the security measures taken to and from the city centre.
During the visit, along with the Province Security Director, Brigadier General Ahmed Madaes, Al-Musawa confirmed that the security measures are proceeding smoothly , easily without any obstacles, and the citizen is the best witness and proof of that.
The Acting Governor explained that the obstructions at the eastern crossing by the other party confirm that they have a problem with the citizens and people of the province. He called on the other party to take the initiative in addressing the problems resulting from the difficulty of crossing for citizens who are traveling and waiting in long lines for their cars for hours to complete the crossing procedures.
In turn, the director of the province's security, Brigadier General Madaes, explained that the road that was opened alleviated the suffering of citizens. He said, "The procedures are going smoothly for travelers and in a safe and secure manner. Whoever obstructs and narrows the road is the other party that bears responsibility for that."
