OSLO June 13. 2024 (Saba) -The Israeli attacks against UN Relief and Work Agency in Gaza are unacceptable, the Norwegian minister of international development said on Thursday, reiterating her country's support for the Agency.
On the sidelines of International Conference for Gaza Emergency Humanitarian Response - organized by Egypt, Jordan and the UN in Jordan - the minister met with UNRWA General Commissionaire and reiterated Norway's support for the agency, FM Anne Beathe Tvinnereim added on 'X'.
Attacks on the UNRWA are unacceptable, she told Fylyb Lazaryny, as "the humanitarian assistance facilities and workers are protected under the international law."
