JERICHO June 8 . 2024 (Saba) - 11 Palestinian civilians on Saturday morning sustained injuries, fractures and bruises, during the incursion of the Zionist enemy forces into Aqbat Jabr camp, south Jericho.
The Palestinian media center quoted local sources as saying: Large forces of the enemy army stormed the Aqbat Jabr camp, carried out a raid and search campaign for many homes, abused citizens, fired live bullets and sound bombs to intimidate residents, and damaged homes and vehicles.
Enemy soldiers assaulted members of the Abu Muhammad and Kamal al-Lada'a family with rifle butts and hard objects during the raid, the sources added.
Those forces destroyed a number of vehicles, they said, as the attacks resulted in 11 injuries.
They pointed out that the enemy forces carried out a wide search campaign in Ain al-Sultan camp, al-Duyuk al-Tahta, and Aqbat Jabr, and detained a number of citizens, before releasing them later, among whom were known: the young man Muhammad Abu Ktifa from Aqbat Jabr camp, and Youssef Fahidat from al-Duke.
