BEIRUT May 23. 2024 (Saba) - On Thursday, the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon-Hezbollah targeted six Zionist enemy military positions and barracks, coinciding with ambushes. Confirmed human and material casualties among the enemy forces.
In a military communiqué, the Lebanese resistance announced the shelling of a Zionist "Mercavat" tank in Hirsh Shtula after a monitoring and follow-up exercise.
It said: "After monitoring and following for enemy forces in Harsh Shatula and monitoring the Mirkava tank attacking our people and safe villages, the Islamic Resistance mujahideen sit an ambush and targeted it as it moved with a guided missile and hit it directly.
The Resistance confirmed that "the Mercave Tank was destroyed, killed and injured its crew".
In another statement, it added: "The mujahedin of the Islamic Resistance targeted with artillery shells Al-Marj site "and bombed the headquarters of the 769th Brigade's" Al-Sahl Battalion "at the base of Beit Hilel with dozens of Katyusha and Falaq missiles.
The Islamic Resistance, the spy equipment at the al-Raheb site and "al-Matala" sites, was bombed with appropriate weapons. Confirmed to be directly infected. In addition to bombing the headquarters of the "91st Division" established at Elite base with dozens of Katyusha missiles.
The Lebanese resistance stressed that its operations today were in response to the enemy's assassination in Kafr Dajal and the injury and intimidation of children, in support of the steadfast Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and in support of their valiant resistance.
