NABLUS May 23. 2024 (Saba) - On Thursday, Zionist settlers set fire to Palestinian agricultural fields in the village of Beit Dajan, east of Nablus.
The Palestinian news agency Wafa quoted the head of the Beit Dajan village council, Tawfiq Haj Mohammed, as saying that settlers had set fire to agricultural fields in the eastern area of the village.
Villagers are trying to put out the fire before it spreads to other fields, he said.
It is noteworthy that the village of Beit Dajan is surrounded by a number of settlements and colonial outposts that seized thousands of dunums of its land, in addition to a camp of the occupation army, and is subjected to repeated attacks by the occupation and its settlers.
