SANA'A May 22. 2024 (Saba) - The Governor of Hadhramaut, Luqman Paras, confirmed that all attempts aimed at undermining Yemeni unity will fail.
Governor Paras indicated in a statement to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) that the Yemeni unity has been subjected to many conspiracies since its birth on May 22, 1990, but this historic achievement has proven to be greater than all small projects.
He pointed out that Yemeni unity is one of the fruits of independence from the British occupation and freedom from foreign guardianship, and the announcement of this glorious day was not a mere coincidence, but rather the result of a long process of meetings and discussions that took place at house and abroad, which culminated in the establishment of the Republic of Yemen.
Governor Paras stressed that the just southern cause has been exploited and has today turned into a banner used by the aggression countries to impose a soft colonial reality.
He warned of the dangers of the projects that re-emerged in Hadhramaut province under the names of the State of Hadhramaut , the Eastern Province, and which Saudi Arabia stands behind reviving, since those projects fell with the fall of the British occupation, and they cannot be allowed to be revived in a time of freedom, independence, and emancipation.
