SANA'A May 22. 2024 (Saba) - The Qatari leadership of the Arab Socialist Baath Party, Qatar, Yemen, confirmed that the re-achievement of unity and the establishment of the Republic of Yemen on May 22, 1990, expresses the embodiment of the will and ambition of the Yemeni people, with all its political , social groups and components, as a great historical event.
The Qatari leadership indicated in a statement, a copy of which was received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), that the unity came as a result of the national efforts and struggles of governments, successive parliaments, political forces and figures who made great efforts to re-achieve the unity of the nation from east to west and from north to south.
It pointed to the necessity of confronting the current challenges and the importance of the role of national forces in achieving peace and national reconciliation away from external tutelage, leading to true peace that achieves independence and freedom for the country as a national demand for all political forces , components, and in a way that ensures the failure of American and Zionist projects targeting the homeland.
The Qatari leadership renewed its support for the revolutionary leadership in bringing about radical change, and for the Yemeni armed forces in supporting the oppression of the Palestinians, and its support for the military operations carried out at sea, which effectively achieve their goals of confronting and preventing ships associated with the Zionist entity from reaching the ports of occupied Palestine.
It stressed the need to continue restoring Yemen's national role, which is to support the axis of resistance in the battle to liberate the occupied territories and cleanse the sanctities from the desecration of the Zionist occupation, taking into account the restructuring of a multipolar world in light of the return of international balance, the importance of Yemen's regional and international role through its new location. Which was imposed after the legendary steadfastness and victory.
