GAZA May 08. 2024 (Saba) -Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas, announced in a statement on Wednesday that it is engaged in fierce clashes with the Zionist enemy forces penetrating east of the city of Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip.

This comes as tanks and Zionist forces penetrated Rafah city at dawn on Tuesday, took control of the Palestinian part of Rafah crossing, and cut off the road between the crossing and Salah Al-Din Road, after “Tel Aviv” announced that the truce offer presented by Hamas in the Cairo talks did not meet its demands. .. Confirming that it will go ahead with the attack that it threatened for a long time.

Despite this, Al-Qassam Brigades continue to target Zionist military concentrations in various areas of the Gaza Strip.

The Brigades announced yesterday that they had bombed Zionist concentrations east of Rafah city with a 114 mm short-range “Rajum” missile system, and had also targeted the military site east of Netzarim axis with heavy-caliber mortar shells.
