GAZA May 06. 2024 (Saba) -The Zionist enemy army, on Monday morning, began evacuating Palestinian civilians from Rafah city, before launching a ground attack on the city.
Enemy Army Radio said that the army is distributing leaflets calling on residents east of Rafah, specifically near the border, to evacuate.
The radio reported that the decision to begin evacuating Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip, was taken last night during the cabinet session.
The radio added that the so-called Defense Minister Yoav Galant spoke yesterday with US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken about the start of the Rafah evacuation.
This morning, the enemy army said that it "encourages" residents of eastern Rafah to evacuate immediately and move towards an "expanded humanitarian" area in Al-Mawasi in Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip, in preparation for the start of its attack on the city, which is crowded with displaced people.
The enemy army repeated its statement that it would continue to pursue the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) everywhere in Gaza until all the prisoners returned, according to its description.
The enemy army added: "This operation will move forward gradually based on the continuous assessment of the situation that will take place throughout."
