SANA'A April 23. 2024 (Saba) -The Board of Directors of the Executive Unit for the Construction, Maintenance and Development of Roads and Public Places in Al Dhale' province, headed by the Acting Governor and Chairman of the Board of Directors, Abdul Latif Al Shagdari, discussed today,Tuesday, the tasks and activities of the unit, and the procedures that will contribute to implementing the development of work in the implemented projects.
At the meeting, which was attended by the province’s undersecretary for financial and administrative affairs, Sadiq Al-Idrissi, the Director General of the Executive Unit, Engineer Ziad Haidara, reviewed the unit’s general executive report for the past year, noting that the total projects implemented were seven projects to maintain the streets of Amer, Al-Rasheed, the martyr Hisham Al-Ghurbani, Joulet Jeban, and Al-Nasr at a cost of up to 380 million riyals.
At the meeting, Al-Shaghdari praised the efforts made in implementing the tasks assigned to the unit according to studies and specifications, directing that local authorities’ equipment be delivered to the executive unit, maintained and utilized in implementing maintenance projects and emergency interventions, especially with the arrival of the rainy season and floods.
He stressed the importance of concerted, intensified and unified efforts in implementing maintenance and construction projects, urging specialists to quickly submit studies and designs on time.
