NAZARETH March 26. 2024 (Saba) - The media of the Zionist enemy revealed on Tuesday that the International Court of Justice is holding hearings these days after South Africa submitted additional requests to the court, as part of the case it filed against Israel over its commission of "genocide" in the Gaza Strip.
The Zionist Broadcasting Corporation said: "The judges of the International Court of Justice in The Hague are currently holding hearings on additional requests made by South Africa to issue orders against Israel."
"The court's decision on additional requests made by South Africa is likely to be issued in the coming days." The court is expected to adopt "a critical tone regarding Israel and may order additional monitoring reports."
"It is estimated in Israel that there will be a difficult decision against Tel Aviv, at least in terms of tone and allegations against Israel and its actions."
While observers in the enemy entity believe that no additional important orders will be issued at this stage, such as instructions to stop fighting, human rights organizations are calling on the world's highest court to issue stricter decisions, including a ceasefire, since the Zionist enemy is still consciously and willingly committing the crime of genocide.
In early March, South Africa called on the International Court of Justice to take additional emergency measures against Israel over the "widespread famine" that resulted from its fierce war against the Gaza Strip.
