SANA'A March 23. 2024 (Saba) - Parliament Speaker , Yahya Al-Ra'i, sent a message of condolences and sympathy to
Volodin Vyacheslav Victorovich. The Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, regarding the victims of the criminal attack near the capital, Moscow.

In the cable, Al-Ra'i strongly condemned the criminal attack that occurred in one of the halls of the Crocus City Mall, which resulted in many victims.

He affirmed the solidarity of the Yemeni parliament, government and people with the Russian people and the families of the victims, regarding this criminal attack, wishing a speedy recovery for all those injured.
