CARACAS March 14. 2024 (Saba) - Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro expected eight percent economic growth in his country this year, by diversifying the economy and adopting a new “elegant and transparent” management model that confronts corruption and the corrupt.
Local media reports reported that during the month of February 2024, Venezuela recorded an inflation rate 1.2 percent lower than in January, which represents the lowest inflation rate in 12 years, according to the Venezuelan President.
During the opening of the Iron, Steel and Aluminum Exhibition 2024, Maduro announced that Venezuela expects annual inflation of 75 percent (last year it reached 180 percent).
