HODEIDA February 28.2024 (Saba) - A meeting at the Red Sea Ports Corporation in Hodeida, headed today,Wednesday, by the Head of the Corporation’s Board of Directors, Marine Engineer Yasser Muhammad Ahmed, discussed the work plan of the Corporation and its affiliated sectors during Ramadan month .
The meeting, which included Vice President of the Corporation Zaid Al-Washli, officials of commercial, shipping companies and the workers’ union, touched on the mechanism of work of departments to enhance the operational process , increase the unloading rates of bulk , packed goods, bales and container goods.
The Chairman of the Corporation and his deputy stressed that everyone should play their role in enhancing performance during the holy month, in order to keep pace with the operations of receiving ships and unloading goods at the Corporation’s ports in an optimal manner and in accordance with the drawn up plan.
They also, stressed the importance of adhering to work mechanisms , coordination to achieve high unloading rates , taking into account the privacy of the Holy Month and the safety of workers.
