BEIJING November 30. 2023 (Saba) - The Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs demanded, in a document published today, Thursday, that a “sustainable humanitarian truce” be established immediately between the Zionist entity and Hamas.
The ministry said in the document, according to Chinese media: “The parties to the conflict... must immediately establish a permanent and sustainable humanitarian truce,” calling for “a comprehensive ceasefire and an end to the fighting.”
In its document, the Ministry urged the UN Security Council to send a “clear message” confirming its rejection of “the forced transfer of the Palestinian civilian population,” and also calling for “the release of all detained civilians and hostages.”
The Ministry also called on the UN Security Council to "require the parties to the conflict to exercise restraint to prevent the conflict from expanding and to support peace and stability in the Middle East."
