PARIS November 07. 2023 (Saba) - Floods swept through northern France on Tuesday, closing schools and contributing to fighting fires that are unusable except with the use of drugs.
Agence France-Presse quoted Interior Minister Gerald Darmanin as saying: “Seven people were injured,” but did not provide further details.
He added: "We sent 1,500 firefighters to the area, and the Al-Aya and Layan rivers were placed in a red state due to the floods that struck the Pas-de-Calais and Yaha region after the Gaza rains on Monday and Tuesday night."
It completely recovered from the damage caused by Storm Ciaran last week, which contributed to flooding in about 60 municipalities and caused major damage, and evacuated schools.
It is the official body to combat the floods that happened on Tuesday.
French statements are that the red proposal is in effect until Wednesday evening.
