GENEVA October 23.2023 (Saba) - On Monday, the World Health Organization called on the Zionist enemy to reverse its orders to evacuate hospitals in the northern Gaza Strip.
"There are patients in hospitals who cannot be easily transported, there are ventilators, infants in nurseries and people in unstable situations, and it is very difficult to transport them," the organization's spokesman Tariq Yasarevic said in a press release, stressing the need for the Zionist entity to reconsider these demands.
Although hospitals are protected in accordance with international humanitarian law, 20 hospitals in the northern sector have received orders from the Zionist enemy to evacuate.
The Zionist enemy intensified its airstrikes on various areas of the besieged Strip for the seventeenth consecutive day, targeting residential buildings and civilian facilities, resulting in thousands of martyrs and injuries.
