AMMAN October 18.2023 (Saba) - Jordanian Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi announced that his country decided not to hold the quadripartite summit that was scheduled in Amman tomorrow.

In his statements, Al-Safadi was quoted as saying: “There is no point in talking to Biden about anything after Al-Maamadani massacre in Gaza and Washington is unable to stop the war.”

The Jordanian Foreign Minister confirmed that "there will be no visit by the American President to Jordan tomorrow."

Ahmed Abu Zeid, the official spokesman for the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, also stated that, in coordination between Egypt, Jordan, and the Palestinian Authority, it was decided to cancel the quadripartite summit that was scheduled to be held in the Jordanian capital, Amman, tomorrow, Wednesday, October 18, in light of the bombing of the Baptist Hospital in the Gaza Strip, and the deaths of hundreds of Palestinian victims fell as a result of this bombing.
