OCCUPIED AL-QUDS September 14. 2023 (Saba) - The Zionist enemy forces launched a campaign of arrests and raids in the occupied West Bank at dawn on Thursday centered in the town of Beita, south of Nablus.
Local sources said that large enemy army forces stormed the town at dawn deployed in its alleys and raided a number of homes.
During the storming, Palestinian resistance fighters clashed with enemy forces in the vicinity of the town, and video clips documented the sounds of armed clashes.
In this context, resistance fighters surrounded a military bulldozer belonging to the enemy army after it broke out on fire, after targeting it with Molotov cocktails. The occupation soldiers fired heavy live bullets during the confrontations.
Local sources reported that enemy forces stormed several homes in the town, wreaking havoc before withdrawing this morning, and continuing to close the entrances with dirt barriers.
The Red Crescent announced that an ambulance officer was injured by rubber bullets in the foot, as a result of being directly targeted by enemy soldiers, during the storming of a house.
Resistance fighters opened fire on the "Vered Yeriho" settlement near Jericho last night, withdrew peacefully, and confrontations broke out with enemy forces near the village of Tayasir, east of Tubas.
Hebrew sources said that settlers' vehicles were damaged in the stone throwing near "Nofim" settlement, northwest of Salfit, the village of al-Funduq, the town of Azzun, east of Qalqilya, and near the Jet Junction, southwest of Nablus.
Local sources reported that enemy soldiers opened fire on a vehicle near the entrance to the “Kedumim” settlement between Nablus and Qalqilya last night, and arrested a number of young men from inside it.
Earlier, resistance fighters opened fire on an enemy army helicopter as it flew over the Jenin camp.
In terms of daily arrests, the occupation forces arrested Muhannad al-Kharbathawi from Qalandia camp, north of occupied al-Quds at down on Thursday.
In addition, the Directorate of Education in southern Nablus announced the suspension of classes in schools in the town of Beita on Thursday, due to the current security conditions.
