SANA'A September 07. 2023 (Saba) - Deputy Minister of Public Health and Population, Dr. Mutahar Al-Marwni, and Head of the Social Affairs Committee in the capital’s municipality, Hamoud Al-Naqeeb, on Thursday inspected the progress of work at Ar Rawdhah Maternity and Child Hospital.
Al-Marwni and Al-Naqeeb listened to an explanation from the hospital’s deputy director, Dr. Abdul Karim Al-Ha’ir, about the level of provision of medical and therapeutic services in the hospital’s emergency departments, internal clinics, ophthalmology, women’s health, and mental health, coinciding with the commemoration of the Prophet’s birthday.
The Deputy Minister of Health and Chairman of the Social Affairs Committee in the municipality discussed with the leadership of Al-Rawdhah Hospital the necessary needs to improve the hospital’s medical and therapeutic services, as well as the difficulties facing its work and ways to address them.
Al-Marwni and Al-Naqeeb stressed their keenness to support the hospital’s efforts and provide whatever needs they can to ensure overcoming the current difficulties imposed by the aggression and siege.
They pointed out the importance of redoubling efforts to receive medical cases and facilitate procedures in various medical specialties.
They were accompanied by the Director of Organizations and Associations in the Capital Municipality, Nabil Rajeh.
