JERICHO Aug. 21. 2023 (Saba) - The Zionist enemy forces on Monday demolished a house under construction in the village of al-Duyuk Al-Tahta, west of Jericho.

The Palestine Today news agency quoted Fatah secretary in al-Duyuk al-Tahta Issam Samrat as saying that the enemy forces reinforced with more than 15 vehicles and four bulldozers, stormed the village and demolished a 150-square-meter under-construction house under the pretext of not having a permit which it is owned by Mahmoud Ali Tannous.

He added the enemy forces notified the demolition of four houses belonging to the two brothers Mohammed and Fadi Daher, and the two brothers Asaad and Mohammed Ali, and they also took measurements of the house of one of them in preparation for its demolition.

It is worth mentioning that the village of al-Duyuk al-Tahta is subject to continuous attacks by the Zionist enemy forces as part of the policy of forced displacement aimed at emptying the area of its original people in favor of settlement expansion.
