GAZA July 16. 2023 (Saba) - Islamic Resistance Movement spokesman (Hamas) Hazem Qassem confirmed Sunday that the resistance in the West Bank is escalating and expanding.

Qassem's remaks came in response to the Zionist enemy's crimes against the Palestinian people and their sanctities, and every time the resistance can surprise the enemy in the place and method of implementation.

According to the Palestine Now agency, this came in response to the shooting that took place this morning at Tuqu' checkpoint near the city of Bethlehem.

Qassem said the resistance in the West Bank continues its strikes against settlers in the West Bank and this time it strikes in the south of the occupied West Bank at Tuqu' checkpoint near the city of Bethlehem.

He added the resistance in the West Bank is escalating and expanding, in response to the enemy's crimes against the people of Palestine and its sanctities, and every time the resistance can surprise the enemy in the place and method of implementation.

Qassem stressed that the resistance is continuous until achieving the goals of the Palestinian people with freedom and independence.
