SANA'A January 17. 2023 (Saba) - The Ministry of Expatriate Affairs has condemned the killing of Yemeni expatriate Khalid Ali Al-Samni at the hands of Saudi gunmen during the robbery of his shop in Riyadh.
The ministry confirmed on Tuesday a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) a copy of it, that Khaled Ali Al-Samni, a son of Hazm Al-Udayn district in Ibb province, was shot dead by four Saudi gunmen during the robbery of his shop and trying to loot his money in Riyadh.
The statement denounced the positions of the UN Security Council, which provide cover for Saudi Arabia's crimes against civilians.
The ministry called on the United Nations and international human rights organizations to play their role towards the violations practiced by the Saudi regime against Yemeni residents, and to refer the perpetrators to a fair trial.
