HEBRON, October 23.2022 (Saba) - A Palestinian worker was shot and injured by Israeli occupation forces today at the Israeli checkpoint of Tarqumia, in the occupied West Bank province of Hebron, according to Wafa agency.
The sources told WAFA that Israeli soldiers opened gunfire at Palestinian workers near Tarqumia military checkpoint while on their way to their workplaces, lightly injuring Ashraf Abu Qbeita, a Palestinian worker, by a live shot. He was rushed to a nearby hospital for medical treatment.
Attacks by Israeli occupation forces on Palestinian workers are almost a daily occurrence, and these attacks have frequently resulted in the injury or even death of workers.
