HODEIDA, May 19 (Saba) - A meeting in Bajil district in Hodeida province has discussed the interventions of al-Amal Organization to fight hunger in the water sector in the district.
The meeting discussed the first phase of the organization’s interventions represented in the survey of five water projects in joint coordination between the local council and the branch of the Supreme Council for the Management and Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs.
The meeting reviewed the procedural arrangements related to the verification of the target projects and the mechanism for studying the necessary needs for their implementation.
District director-general Abdulmonem al-Rifai said that the interventions are among the most important necessary services that the district needs, indicating that they will alleviate the suffering of the citizens.
