SANA'A, Jul. 12 (Saba) - Minister of Foreign Affairs, Hisham Sharaf, on Monday sent a cable of congratulations to Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Montenegro, Djordje Radulovic.

In the cable, Sharaf expressed his congratulations to Radulovic on the occasion of his country's celebrations of the National Day.
