SANAA, April. 21 (Saba) – The army supported by popular forces on Tuesday repelled aggression forces infiltrations attempt from two axes in Bayda province, armed forces spokesman Brig. Gen.  Yahya Sarie told Saba.

"Our forces were able to counter a two-track advance, one in the Dahaki network and the other from Al-Aqla, towards the positions of our forces in al-Arakoub network in al-Sawoma'a district, Bayda province" he said.

He stressed the response to the march that continued from the morning until this afternoon and inflicted the enemy heavy losses in the equipment and killing and injuring dozens in its ranks and forced it to retreat and break down without any progress.

According to Brigadier Sarie, the aggression warplane waged 53 raids on various areas in Marib and Al-Jawf provinces, including 42 raids on Majzar and Sirwah districts in Marib, and 11 raids on al-Hazm, Khabb wa ash Sha'af districts in Jawf.
