SANA'A, Feb. 28 (Saba) – A Republican Decree No. 8 for 2017 was issued late on Monday to form a Supreme Military and Security Committee.

The first article of the decree named the following officials as members of the committee.

1- Deputy Prime Minister for Security Affairs as head of the committee.

2- Defense Minister as a member.

3- Interior Minister as a member.

4- Head of the National Security Agency as a member.

5- Chairman of the Central Political Security Agency as a member.

6- Deputy Interior Minister as a member.

7- Chief of General Staff as a member

8- Deputy Chief of General Staff as a member

9- Assistant Secretary of Defense Affairs logistical as a member

10- Head of Military Intelligence and Reconnaissance Body as a member

The decree was published in the official Gazette.
