TAIZ, Jan. 30 (Saba) - The Army and Popular Committees repulsed on Monday to advance of Saudi-paid mercenaries towards al-Waze'yah district of Taiz province.
A military official told Saba a number of mercenaries have been killed and wounded in an attempt which lasted several hours.
He pointed out that the missile forces of the army and Popular forces targeted gatherings of the mercenaries behind al-Shabkah mountain in Thubab area with a number of Katyusha rockets.
The Katyusha rockets hit their targets accurately.
The army and popular forces carried out an attack on the site of mercenaries in Maqbanah area in Taiz.
The official confirmed that tens of mercenaries were killed and injured by raids of the US-Saudi aggression after fleeing army and popular forces' fire in the outskirts of Mocha.
